The story follows Shang Zhi Tao, an ordinary graduate who unexpectedly lands a job at one of the world's top advertising firms. Entering the workplace as a complete rookie, she immediately faces a harsh reality when her sharp-tongued boss, Luan Nian, tells her to quit on her very first day. Undeterred, she endures the intense pressure, grows through challenges, and eventually proves herself as a capable professional.
